There could be several factors preventing the phone verification process from going through. Here are additional troubleshooting steps we recommend for you:
1. The phone number and/or the country code may be incorrect. Please check if the Country Code is correct. Also, try entering the mobile number without ‘0’ at the beginning of the number.
2. The message may have been blocked by the carrier or email service provider. A request may have been made in the past to block this type of notification messages. You may contact your carrier for further information.
3. The verification message may have been blocked by your phone. We suggest checking your SMS blocklist settings.
4. You may have a poor network connection at the time of verification. The verification message sent by the server may be delayed due to factors such as poor network signal reception or unavailability of the carrier's network. Please wait for at least 5 hours, or obtain the verification code again after the penalty time elapses.
If you are successful in updating the SMS Blocking settings on your mobile device, the verification code should be received. We'd highly recommend for your to attempt sending the request for the Verification Code again. We have received reports from our users that they were able to receive the code eventually, after several attempts.
As a reminder, be careful not to perform multiple attempts to avoid receiving multiple codes. In such instances, always choose to use the latest code received.
