We apologize if you are encountering this problem. Here are some things to think about: -
1) Check the Play Store to see if the Mode Earn App has any pending updates.
2) Reboot the phone.
3) If the problem persists, please contact customer service via chatbot on the application and provide information about the device you're using, the Android version you're running, and the App version you're using.
P.S To find the App version, Locate the settings (Gear icon) on the Mode Earn App and click on it. Then scroll all the way down to find the App version.
