We understand how inconvenient this is for you, but don't worry; we're here to help.
Please complete the instructions outlined below on your Mode Earn App.
1) Make sure you have the most recent version of the Mode Earn App installed.
2) If you have your email address and password saved on Google or on a device, our application will prefill the email address and prompt you to confirm if you want to use it; if you have, we recommend that you do so. If it logs you in, there's nothing like it; if it doesn't, move on to step 3. (Please see the image below for assistance)
3) If you receive an "Invalid Password or Email Error" or the application does not accept your password, we recommend changing it by going to the Mode Earn App's "Forgot Password?" button. ( Please see the image below for illustration purpose)
4) Enter and confirm the email address linked with your Mode Earn account on the following screen and click the "Send Reset Link" button. (Please see the image below for illustration)
5) You should receive an email with the subject line "Reset password instructions" from "noreply@current.us" (You might want to check your spam folder as it lands up there sometimes) (Illustration below)
6) To change your password, open the email and click the "Change my password" link and enter your new password. Once completed, you should be able to log in with the same account after your password has been reset.
