For Surveys, you should get your points immediately after having successfully completed the survey. If something went wrong - like one of your answers being disqualified you for - unfortunately, you won’t get any points. Next try-better luck!
For Offers, when clicking on an Offer it will tell you “You will receive your points in X”. This amount of time can vary between 5 minutes and 1 day.
