Click on the “Points earned during contest” button (the yellow circle on the picture). This leads you to our partner’s support page where you can check the status of the Offers you completed and, for each Offer individually, you can submit support tickets to Revenue Universe.
They will answer your ticket within 24 hours and will let you know what will happen next in order for them to sort out what happened with your Offer.
Unfortunately, we, ourselves, will not be able to grant you any points - this is all handled by our partner Revenue Universe.
