For this, you’ll first have to check what offer wall you’re looking at - check how the offer wall looks, that will tell you which one you’re on.
In TapJoy, the offer you have started is listed on a horizontal scroll in the section “Continue Playing”. There you also see exactly how many steps you’ve already completed and how many you’re still missing.
Click on the dedicated game you want to know more about to see more details. Among those details, below the milestones you have to reach to get your points, you’ll see the “Contact Support” section.
As soon as you select a task/level that you need support for, you can request a support ticket.
(In case they ask you for it, below the “Request Support” button, you can also see your user ID in light gray).
If you want to see all your started offers’ progress, click on the menu burger (3-lines at the top left) and click on “Reward Status”. Here, you’ll get an overview of which of your offers are ongoing, which have already been rewarded and which are already expired (take into account that you have about 60 days or so to complete an offer that you’ve started to get your points for it).
If you have a general question in the TapJoy offer wall, click on the menu burger (3-lines at the top left). The “General FAQ” will lead you to all the questions and answers they’ve collected on their side.
For Fyber offers, click on the menu burger (the 3 lines) on the top left to open up the side menu. Then, click on “Status” to get to all the games that you have already started to interact with.
