Installs are a feature which we have integrated with a third-party partner, AirFind for. They provide the apps in this feature. Sometimes they may be providing us with apps that would need you to do more actions to get the points promised - this is an honest mistake on their part.
If this happens to you, please contact our support team via the chatbot and let them know which app you’ve downloaded that hasn’t given you points (please have a screenshot ready of the app for us to check it).
However, before you do that, please make sure that you didn’t use a VPN in the first place, you downloaded the app on Google Play Store and your Google Play Store account uses the same email that you’re using in the Mode Earn App. Also ensure you’ve opened and interacted with the app for at least 15 minutes.
If you’ve correctly done all of the above and you’re still not getting your points, there’s something wrong, and we want to hear about it.
